Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design intuitive user experiences for web & mobile app environments based on understanding of personas, behavior, stakeholder needs and technical constraints.
Establish design guidelines based on the best UI/UX practices & identify potential application areas for the organization’s digital solutions
Engage in rapid prototyping to generate low-fidelity mock ups & interactive prototypes based on user stories, customer journeys and user flows
Collaborate with other team like marketing, engineering, logistics, to execute your designs and prioritize version releases
Conduct usability assessments with different stakeholders to validate your design and translate your insights to actionable recommendations
Qualifications:
With experience in the Agile development process
Experience using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Experience Design, etc.
Experience designing web & mobile applications
Experience creating design studies, app flows, wireframes, mockups, or prototypes
Awareness of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with Figma, CS Suit, and other similar platforms
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
