Drive improvement initiatives for Factory Test Product Engineering in Carmona Plant 2
Evaluate and implement solutions for test manufacturing issues such as yield loss and QA/QC gate failure
Analyze, debug and solve test related problems occurring during probe and final test processes
Evaluate and implement process change for improvements to help increase yield, quality and cycle time
Drive OEE improvement efforts to increase capacity and reduce test costs
Qualifications
-Graduate of BS Engineering Graduate with at least three (3) years experience in a semiconductor company.
-With working knowledge on at least one of these Digital/MS ATE testers: Sentry 21/KTS , Credence Duo/Quartet , Teradyne J750, and Trillium/LTX Delta D50/DSTE, Synchro, Credence SZ, TMT, STS35xx/STS50xx and Advantest T2K.
-With working experience on FT and Probe set-ups, mixed signal & digital test methodologies.
-With creative problem solving (out-of-the-box thinking) ability and good in oral & written communication skills.
