SR. TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
 
Career Level: 5+ years of experience
HC: 1
Responsibilities:
Execute end to end recruitment from sourcing to job offer
Interview sourced candidates
Coordinate next-level interviews until endorsement to HR
Initiate job calibrations and liaise with hiring managers
Communicate job details to potential candidates
Carry out initial negotiations (salary, benefits, etc.)
Nurture candidates in the pipeline
Manage job portals (JobStreet, Mynimo, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field/equivalent experience
At least 5 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience recruiting for creative, technical, digital marketing, back-office, or other IT-enabled skillsets
Has experience utilizing various sourcing channels and networks
Can work fast and with multiple competing deadlines
Must have a high sense of urgency and good initiative
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Smart and can think out of the box
Good researching skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Can work in an agile and fast paced environment
Experience in Human Capital Development is a plus
Amenable to temporary Hybrid work setup
