- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for key technical and corporate roles
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (intake, source, screen, interview, offer)
- Leveraging sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage top talent
- Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Representing and promoting our talent brand and employee value proposition
- Participating in recruitment process improvements and team initiatives
- Staying informed on talent market trends and competitor activity
- Effectively using our global ATS and recruitment toolsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- At least 5 years of relevant progressive relevant recruitment experience
- Proactive approach to finding and engaging talent
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms, and assessment methods
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting hiring in areas such as Professional Services, Technical Support, Renewals, Sales, Cybersecurity, IT, Finance, or Corporate FunctionsWe offer a competitive remuneration package plus benefits.
