The Global Talent Acquisition team's mission is to attract and hire the best talent in Enterprise Information Management and the global software industry. Our Talent Acquisition Advisors are committed to helping our business achieve and exceed their goals.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner with the organization and recruit for the corporate function including but not limited to Finance and IT. Assignments may also rotate to or cover hiring in Customer Solutions, Professional Services and Customer Support / Technical Support among others. We are looking for someone that is passionate about partnering with hiring leaders to identify and select top talent.
YOU ARE GREAT AT:
Acting as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to your Hiring Managers
Building and managing candidate pipelines and proactive talent pools for our most critical roles
Expertly managing the full-life cycle of recruiting for your positions (source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers)
Proactively using your expertise to uncover talent and influence hiring decisions to achieve the best talent outcome
Providing an exceptional candidate experience
Being a champion of our talent brand and our value proposition
Actively contributing to our continuous recruitment excellence initiatives and projects
Researching and understanding talent markets, competitor profiles and industry trends
WHAT IT TAKES:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an end-to-end recruiter for mid to large multinational organizations
A relentless focus on finding the best talent for your clients, leveraging a variety of sources, platforms, systems and techniques
Extensive experience hiring for technical profiles or a software company is an advantage
Research, reporting and presentation skills
Ability to work any schedule especially mid-shift
Work in Makati with option to work remotely for a part of the week
