What Learning Development and Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health
Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning.
Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs.
Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in related field
. 2+ years experience in a training role, preferably in a call center environment
. Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices preferred
. Experience with virtual delivery applications such as Zoom and MS Teams
. Strong oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
. Strong work ethic
. Willing to work US hours
. Internal candidates have to be in a B3/B4/P1/P2 role for a minimum of 1 year to qualify for this position.
What is expected of you and others at this level
Facilitate training courses across the academy in alignment with strategic business needs.
Partner with Learning Business Partner and Instructional Design and Development HUB resources to execute business initiatives and ensure accurate content is available for and delivered in training courses.
Leverage Learning Technology strategy to support the business, reinforce training and close employee's performance gaps
Participate in strategic learning projects that align with Business initiative.
Provide Attendance, Training Plans, Training Reports and other insights from training
