JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Programmer/Analyst will perform the role of a working technical coach. This person shall develop process automation while coaching the team's automation programmers. This person should be an expert either in robotic process automation (UIPath-RPA) or BPM Workflow Automation. The Senior Programmer Analyst will also help in implementing technical best practices and in implementing new automation capabilities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS)
Development, testing, and deployment of robotic process automation solutions to achieve process efficiency gains for the bank
Provide technical support to the process automation users. Troubleshoot and fix robot program errors
Enhance deployed automation programs as per change request
Prepares the necessary installation guide and packages to properly deploy automation programs
Perform peer review of the created process automation to ensure its integrity and compliance to security and data privacy control standards
Coordinate with IT or with the vendor(s) for projects which would require new automation requirements or to introduce new process automation capabilities ie. API, Orchestrator, Gitlab, OCR/ICR, etc.
Requirements
The candidate for this role must be a Filipino citizen
Education:
· Must be a graduate of Engineering, Computer Science or any Information Technology related courses
Experience and Competency:
· At least 5-10 years working experience in handling process automation projects inclusive of RPA and/or BPM workflow
· With a background in RPA (UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), database, BPM workflow such as Bonita, Processmaker, Redhat JBPM
· Comfortable in working in an Agile project environment
· Having UiPath certification or experience in creating Testing Automation is an advantage
· Knowledgeable in Java, Visual Basic.Net language, SDLC, and coding standards
