SR. RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
 
LEVEL: Supervisory
 
DEPARTMENT: Recruitment
 
REPORTS TO: Recruitment Manager
 
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
 
The role will handle sourcing strategies, recruitment related activities, implementation of branding initiatives and account management.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles all recruitment requests from requisition, sourcing candidates, initial screening, arrangement and coordination of client interviews, discussion of job offers with selected candidates and collection of required documents.
Performs various sourcing methodologies for assigned requirements.
Coordinates closely with internal departments (i.e. Business Development, Deployment and Digital Marketing).
Ensures final screening of all shortlisted candidates is to the highest standards and that candidates to be presented to clients meet their requirements.
Ensures that candidates are properly presented to clients (i.e. Candidate Profiles, Candidate Summaries, etc.) within the target date.
Communicateseffectively with the Clients for CV endorsements, interviews (via online or face-to-face) and sends follow-ups on statuses of endorsed candidates.
Coordinates and assists in Recruitment trips, Trade Tests, Demos or any requirements given by the Clients.
Ensures full understanding of performance metrics as well as targets to be achieved.
Makes surethat all Ikon candidates are provided the highest level of service.
Ensures that Background Checks are done for all shortlisted candidates.
Prepares and submits recruitment reports and other related reports accurately and promptly.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from timeto time.

QUALIFICATIONS
 
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related course.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have at least 3-4 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
Experience in account management and in handling local and/or overseas clients is a plus.
Overseas recruitment experience is highly preferred, especially those who have experience in recruiting for Hospitality, Technical and/or Healthcare positions.
Knowledge of DMW rules and processes is an advantage.
Able to meet high volume recruiting goals and able to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Resourceful and with strong sourcing ability using social media, field recruiting, job boards, and other methodologies.
Keen attention to details, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skills.
Pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.

Work loc will be in Cebu City, within Cebu Business Park
Hybrid arrangement (4 days onsite, 1-day wfh)
Flexi shift from 7AM-9AM to 4PM-6PM
