SR. QA ENGINEER (QA HEAD)
 
(SALARY RANCE: 5OK - 120K}
(CEBU HEAD OFFICE - TECHNOLOGY GROUP)
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 6 years of QA experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments and Cl/CD workflows.
Skilled in API, Mobile, and Web App testing, including regression and smoke tests.
Proficient in tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Playwright and Similar.
Excellent in analysis, documentation and communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as Senior QA Lead and manage the QA Department in a fast­ paced Agile environment.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve test plans, test cases and QA strategies.
Review requirements and collaborate with Dev/Product teams to ensure testability and quality standard.
Make final decisions on release quality-you decide if it ships.
Track and report testing progress to the CTO and other key stakeholders.
Mentor junior QA team members and promote a quality-first culture.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or blockers proactivity.
