MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a vital role in architecting, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full stack applications using Python, Vue.js, React, and other relevant technologies.
Lead technical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps, architecture, and implementation strategies.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and support in their professional growth.
Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance development processes and project efficiency.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full stack development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the AI or machine learning domain, working with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is preferred.
Previous consulting or client-facing experience, delivering AI solutions to diverse industries.
Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Vue.js and React.
Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding and supporting junior engineers.
Experience with DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and their services for building scalable and reliable applications.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
