Job Overview
This Manufacturing Project Engineer II will be based in DND PH plant which is newly set up and will have initial production from middle of this year. Is part of the global MPDE(manufacturing process development engineering) organization, Daily working closely with product development team & plant team on new product launch. In charge of the whole project before hand over to plant for mass production.
This role is responsible for new project of DND ICC connector product family, Develop and manage project plans and will be responsible to ensure all assigned project KPI(Schedule, Cost, investment, Quality, Delivery...)are met
Job Description
Work with BU level project manager & lead MPDE(manufacturing process development engineering) team to develop project master plan, assign tasks, review, and monitor projects progress and drive related parties to ensure projects successful implementation with achieving project cost, timeline, and quality target. Work with plant team at the same time to ensure that the project is launch at plant side for production smoothly.
Cost, lead team to achieve product cost and investment through DFM, cost feasibility review from the project beginning and frozen cost before cut steel for tools and machines.

Job Requirements
Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related major.
More than 5 years proven experience on project management in manufacturing environment
Multi nation & cross function team project management experience is must
Intermediate knowledge of connector assembly products and related manufacturing processes(stamping, plating, molding...)
Basic knowledge on Supply Chain
Fluent in reading, speaking & written English.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
PMP certification is a plus
