Job Description:
ED&SE Global Mobility Servicing - Sr. Professional
As a Global Mobility Servicing - Sr. Professional, you will be responsible for delivering a best in class simplified, personalized, and digitized employee experience through superior service and operational excellence. Your responsibility includes, but is not limited to, managing domestic moves, relocation and repatriation case intake, and front-line handling of all Global Mobility-related queries. Case intake will include Global Mobility costings and initiations for both international and domestic transfers/assignments, and end of assignments for APAC, UK, NAMR, and LATAM. You will be required to adhere to established processes and guidelines in support of Global Mobility clients and partners, including managers, employees, and HR teams. As part of your daily duties, you will interact with employees at various levels related to a range of topics and/or issues (complex, sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring attention to detail, empathy, ability to troubleshoot, taking ownership, and accuracy of work while maintaining a high-quality standard and ensuring data integrity. You will be accountable for providing a seamless, end-to-end positive experience with every interaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
Costings: work with managers and HR partners to enter and finalize all Initiation and End of Assignment costings in AssignmentPro, including providing advisory guidance on package options as well as Position Management support
Domestic Relocation: manage APAC domestic moves for employees moving within their own country and provide advisory support
Query handling: respond to Global Mobility-related queries, including escalating cases to Global Mobility Advisors where needed
Follow all established processes, policies, company guidelines, and regulations
Complete HR related transactions/activities adhering to company policy and guidelines
Meet service level, quality, and productivity metrics
External Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder required
Minimum three years of total work experience within Global Mobility, or any related role, required
Strong stakeholder management experience is required
In depth experience handling transactional or back office tasks a must
Must be available to work Monday through Friday with core hours 9:00 am PHT to 6:00 pm PHT, but flexible to adjust as business needs (Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed), and onsite in BGC

Proficiency with MS Office applications
Strong desire to be part of a high performing team with upward mobility potential
