Champions building assisted automation, human collaboration automation and full automation solution focus and continuous improvement on making our teams life better, easier, faster and secure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Assessment and Process Improvement
Support process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
Must also be comfortable in influencing across teams/stakeholders.
Work very closely with our Process Improvement Lead/Manager and Service Delivery teams to brainstorm, discuss "art of the possible" on a daily basis to build, deploy and maintain projects.
Expected to think out of the box, be agile and deliver to our internal and external client expectations.
Crafting Automation process solutions according to the standard Automation design principles and conventions and in accordance with Service Delivery needs
Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
Communicating with Service Delivery and Client on every progress
Communicating with IT on technology needs
Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
Use industry standard technologies and platforms to work with our Digital Team on building Robotics Desktop Automation, Robotics Process Automation, Cognitive Automation and combination of these.
Work on meaningful timelines under project mode and execute
Supporting the Service Delivery Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Successfully manage issues that arise in every single day because of running the Automation and Continuous improvement processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving
Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures.
Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience working on a Center of Excellence Environment
Experience on Data Visualization like PowerBI or Tableau
Solid experience and understanding on business process automation and continuous improvement processes that can meet Service Delivery need and are in-line with client/account requirements
Likes collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, online training and reviewing market studies
amenable to work on any shift depending on business needs
willing to be assigned at M1 Tower Makati
Preferred Technology:
Understanding to Automation tools such as UI Path (preferred), Automation Anywhere, Automation Anywhere, Workfusion and Blue Prism.
Data Visualization - PowerBI or Tableau
ServiceNow - ITIL
