Interpret kiln and mills parameters and identify potential improvements.
Generate process improvement report.
Lead the audits on plant production equipment and processes , then be able to interpret measurement results.
Analyze process measurement results and make recommendation.
Formulate & recommend solutions or counter measures to the process with consultation to the team.
Provide information and evaluate technical specification regarding various project to the supplier.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiar with the overall cement manufacturing process.
Basic to advance knowledge in different Process tools usage and functions.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Background in Cement Manufacturing industry is a must.
