Perform salary analysis that aims to review both internal and market competitiveness including new hire candidates and provide recommendation in accordance to the company's compensation philosophy
Develop and/or participate in compensation and benefits' market surveys initiated locally and regionally
Review current benefits program against market data and formulation recommendation that is aligned with the company's C&B philosophy
Review, recommend and implement any government-mandated wage order and/or benefits in a timely manner
Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment
Review current salary structure and recommends appropriate action to ensure that the salary range is market competitive
Implement and monitor the rewards and recognition program; Conduct review and provides recommendation as the need arises
Monitor the administration of Kronos timekeeping, benefits and HRIS in a timely manner and ensure data integrity, including compliance with RBA-related matters
Conduct C&B education to people leaders as the need arises
Coordinate with Corporate Global Mobility on related employee actions
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or related discipline. Master's Degree in Human Resources highly preferred
At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years focus in compensation & benefits in a supervisory/leadership role
With strong background in compensation, benefits laws, regulations and operating guidelines
RBA experience a significant advantage
Effective in dealing with people in various levels, external consultants and providers
Organized, structured & attentive to details
With excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
Effective in managing workload to meet conflicting deadlines & priorities & handle multiple assignments in a demanding environment
Highly proficient in computer applications
