SUMMARY OF ROLE
·
Overall support to Sales Managers for the account coverage / PROJECTS covering the end to end partner support and client relations. From Order Management and Logistics Management of the Project.
·
Personally, accountable for customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Manage the fulfillment of the Business Unit Quarterly Target.
·
Lead to Opportunity creation.
·
Prepare sales quotations any documentation as requested by Sales Management
·
Request for quote approval and monitoring via SFDC.
·
Create Purchase Agreement and Pro-Forma Invoice.
·
Sends the Customer Signed Purchase Agreement to authorized company representative for counter signature.
·
Receives and qualify customer PO's check PO against allocation, checks PO's against allocation and book customer orders into ERP system (Oracle)
·
Sales Order Booking, ship confirm to fulfillment acceptance via ERP System.
·
Sends sales order confirmation to the customers within specified SLA's
·
Updates and maintains existing sales orders as required.
·
Ensure to send Electronic Data Interchange signal to warehouse.
·
Ensure all orders ship per schedule and meet customer commitments/ On time delivery.
·
Track shipment movements and deliveries.
·
Provide delivery status and shipping information to customer/ sales.
·
Manual CIPL generation for Good to go and Import Requirements.
·
Generation of the Flash Test Data as required.
·
Sending shipment documents (Includes: CIPL; BL; FTD and Sales Invoice) to 3PL and customers.
·
Monitor orders that are for closing for proper revenue recognition
·
Coordinate with respective support groups to ascertain the delivery of total customer satisfaction.
·
Contribute to continuous improvement of Operations by alerting management of key process issues, including root causes, suggestions for improvement, and implementation with the use of Quality problem solving tools such as 3WI, PDCA, 8D, RCCA.
·
Archive all the documents per SPOC requirements.
·
Develop effective relationships with colleagues and ensured optimal levels of competency from all.
·
Participate in various team meetings and ensured effectiveness by regularly communicating with team members.
·
Evaluate customer issues and resolved it effectively and ensured customer satisfaction.
·
Build good relationship with Stakeholders and ensure expectations are being met.
·
Request for Import Vat Funding.
·
Services as TFP for the process support specific to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects.
·
Review Bill of Lading and sends approval to 3PL.
·
Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for the weekly scheduled materials for receipt and shipment.
·
Support Warehouse SPIM Control Activities (Weekly Cycle Count, Periodic Physical Count)
·
Coordinate with internal customer / suppliers. Work internally with Transportation Logistics, Purchasing, and Manufacturing team to prioritize material requirements.
·
Check and Validate Warehouse Billing Reports/Invoices
·
Send Monthly Cost Accrual numbers to Cost Management
·
Support the management initiatives to achieve departmental goals and to further develop the business.
·
Review current business process and champion re-engineering as needed.
·
Perform additional task as required by Supervisor.
·
Monitor orders that are for closing for proper revenue recognition
·
Conduct meetings with Sales and other internal teams to review orders in pipeline, shipments, etc.
·
Sales Analysis and Report Generation
·
Ensure all activities are compliant with policies and controls
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Required skill (s): Excellent Communication Skills, Computer Proficient, Good Organization skills
Required skill (s): Customer Service, Logistics, Revenue Responsibility Analysis / Planning, Knowledge on INCOTERM 2010 and different payment terms
Preferably 5years experience specializing in Order Management, Logistics or BPO industry
Proficient with MS Office Application esp. Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Ability to be extremely proactive and drive for results
Ability to be flexible and go beyond the everyday job requirements to get problem solved
Ability to solve issues independently, but prioritizes and escalates appropriate issues when necessary
With no records of deliberate violation of any SunPower programs, Policies and guidelines
Must be detail oriented
High analytical skill
