We will count on you to lead documentation efforts, provide expert-level network support, and drive continual service improvements. Along the way, you will get to:
Lead procedural and help documentation writing
Analyze and resolve high-repeat incidents through root cause analysis
Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex tickets
Partner with consulting services on large-scale implementations

Significant experience with network technologies across mixed vendor environments
Professional-level certifications and expertise in route/switch, security, wireless
Strong understanding of SD-WAN, monitoring tools (e.g., ScienceLogic, ServiceNow)
Demonstrated experience with vendor technologies such Palo Alto, Prisma, Panorama Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, F5, and Juniper.
Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently
