-Identify user and system requirements for new applications
-Collaborate with NZ team lead to prioritise software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks
-Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
-Write and/or review code for various applications
-Run functionality testings and debug code
-Oversee junior developers, assist in workload and assist in evaluation of performance
-Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements
-Ensure software documentation is up-to-date
-Collaborate with the team (server side developers, designers, QA analyst) to build high quality applications
Requirements

-3-6 years of commercial experience
-iOS or Android development experience
-Objective-C, Java (Swift, Kotlin is a plus)
-Familiarity with the front end architectures (any of the MVC, MVP, MVI, MVVM, etc...), and an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses
-Experience with cross-platform UI frameworks is a plus
-Familiarity with test methodologies (Unit tests, UI tests, etc...) is a big plus
-Excellent communication skills and team player
-Passion for delivering high performing and usable solutions to brief
-Flexible, energetic and passionate about delivering the best solutions
