This role will be the SAP Subscription Functional Expert and reports into the Director of Business Process Management within the Information Technology Group. The role will be based in the Philippines. The Sr. Manager of BRIM will collaborate with Product Offering, Order Management and Customer Success teams to build end-to-end planning, design, implementation, and deployment of the finance processes to meet the needs of Honeywell Connected Enterprise. This role serves as the primary Leader for the BRIM IT function and includes brokering services from across the enterprise to meet the specific needs of the function and business priorities. The Sr. Manager is a proactive member of the IT leadership team and will be responsible Subscription strategies, deliverables, and training.
In addition, Honeywell Connected Enterprise is working to be the first Honeywell Business Group to implement SAP S4 Hana and BRIM from the standard SAP ECC. This role will be responsible for deploying standards in the new tool, working with their functional partners, and performing training. Honeywell Connected Enterprise is a mix of subscription software, perpetual software licenses, professional services with only a small hardware business. In addition, we are evaluating adding SAP Mediation for usage base pricing and SAP Entitlement Management to the tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the Single Point of Contact for Customer 2 Cash stakeholder needs and participate as an active member of the client stakeholder leadership teams.
· Build SAP BRIM and S4 Hana Standard processes
· Manage Convergent Charging Strategy
· Train all new users on SAP BRIM/S4
· Partner with business groups to set strategic direction and develop and improve processes and procedures.
· Work with SBG & Functional contacts to prioritize current and planned functional needs, including ongoing resource requirements for the solutioning team.
· Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and standards.
· Drive integrated technical and functional solution decision making across applications and modules.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Computer Application or related field
· Minimum 10+ years IT-related experience in application development and delivery for medium/large scale organization in which 5+ years managing SAP BRIM activities
· Strong Familiarity in SAP S4 Hana, BRIM, Convergent Invoicing and Convergent Charging.
· Subscription Billing is a must, RAR is a plus
· The candidate should have end-to-end process knowledge in Customer-to-Cash domain
· Experience working with teams utilizing Agile delivery methodology, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully execute on milestones and deliverables in a timely manner
· Willing to work US hours of 9am to 5pm EST (9pm to 5am Manila time)
