Job Description
Sr Manager to handle IT Asset Management Role with but not limited to:
Overall PH Asset Leader and architectural mapping Point of Contact for industry grade Asset Management/Inventory Lifecycle of all PH Technology assets (Desktops, Headsets, Wifi, Peripherals, Software Licenses, etc..); Build and drive strategy to mature the Asset Management service
Improve process intake to delivery state, while ensuring timelines/SLAs, cost efficiencies, vendor supplier consistency, up to date relevant technology specification updates/risks, and others.
Front facing role with key leaders and executives along with other departments and stakeholders, while able to interface and manage business demands, progression, and fulfillment on asset requirements
Provide ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding health of the environment, enhancements, innovations and secure network solutions
Responsible for developing a team managing asset/warehouse inventory, closing in all company PH Technology assets are tracked from business interfacing, refresh requirements, receipt of request, assessment, acquisition, deployment, disposal, and closure
Develop, maintain and execute asset management program including: processes, procedures, tools, and reporting of hardware as well as software assets
High Data mining, analysis, planning, and presentation skillset, while able to form daily and executive reporting; Conduct analysis, prepare reports and work on project implementation
Brings value automation to the business and team while on latest technology on Warehouse management
Develop and implement Asset Management processes for Hardware and software license management processes (inventory, usage and procurement reconciliation).
Oversee activities of the team and provide direction
Ensure delivery of the service according to the service agreement
Advise client on asset management and function as Subject Matter Expert
