The position aims to provide supervision and training to compensation and benefits staff/payroll processors; establish efficient operating procedures and policies to assure the accurate and timely preparation of payroll, reports and other documents; ensure efficient utilization of resources; function as the employing unit-wide expert in matters related to pay and benefits provided. Provide advice and consultation to employees related to compensation, benefits and payroll.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Reviews payroll and ensures accurate and timely pay-out.
Administers the proper implementation of benefits policies and procedures
Administers the compliance with statutory requirements related to HR.
Attends to employees' queries and concerns that are raised by her/his subordinates.
Ensures timely and accurate processing of vendors' invoice, including the submission of accurate cost allocation to Finance.
Manages benefit vendors relationship including the assurance that the Service Level Agreement is being met.
Assists the Head of Compensation and Benefits in the salary market survey, focusing on the benefits part of the study. Assist in the analysis of company's benefits to ensure the company is at par with the market.
Identifies areas of development in the HR processes and brings forward opportunities of improvement through recommendation of improvement initiatives.
Reviews data inputted by the iHR Administrator to ensure completeness, integrity of information and high quality data management.
Conducts periodic audits of C&B processes and deliverables and prepare reports.
Assists the Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving C&B projects and initiatives.
Supports other HR functions when a need arises to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree on Business Administration/Management or Human Resources Management
With at least 3 years of leadership/supervisory work experience
With positive attitude and pro-active.
Able to work under pressure.
With good communication skills
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Knowledge in HR systems and processes;
Ability to facilitate HR processes/Benefits orientation;
Knowledge in payroll administration;
Ability to assess the processes status quo and provide recommendations on necessary improvements;
