Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing timely and accurate accounting support that comply with accepted policies and procedures of the company.
· Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports.
· Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
· Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
· Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
· Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
· Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
· Answer's accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
· Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Preferably a licensed Certified Public Accountant; new board passers are also encouraged to apply.
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Experience in accounts department with exposure to all accounting functions- Inventory, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Payroll
· Applicants must be willing to work in Las Piñas City.
· Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability the prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
· Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
· Strong interpersonal and teamwork orientation
