Offer description
Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Performance Management
- Implementation of Performance Management (MYE & APE) - closely monitor evaluations of all People Managers
- Prepare evaluation tools for Self - Evaluation link, People Managers Evaluation to Direct Reports link and Management assessment by feedback via Alchemer for each department
- Prepare summary of APE/MYE results and ensure bell curve distribution to all departments
- Assists HR Manager in doing Ranking and Rating with other Department Managers
- Closely monitor any Performance Improvement Plan issued to staff
- Monitor and update employee movements such as probationary, regularization, promotion, end of employment and resignations
- Ensure all probationary evaluation link are given to People Manager prior 3rd month and 4.15 month
- Compute final rating and issue Probationary result to People Manager
- Ensure timely issuance of Employee Action Notice for every employee movement
Compensation and Benefits
- Ensure all salary and allowances are accurate on HRIS and Masterfile
- Review of Timekeeping reports prior to submission to HR Manager for final approval
- Prepare Mancom Coversheet every payroll cut-off
- Ensure timely enrollment of new employees and deletion of resigned employee on BDO Life Insurance
- Monitor and prepare Request for Payment for BDO Life Insurance additional members
- Ensure timely enrollment of new employees and deletion of resigned employee on Philcare/HMO Provider
- Monitor and prepare Request for Payment for Philcare/HMO Provider additional members
Employee Engagement and Relation
- Collaborate with HR team for the company activities to be conducted
- Spearheaded the preparation of Annual Year End Party and other company activities
- Prepared Email Infographic Announcement for Holidays and other company wide announcement
- Drat Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision and secure approval of HR Manager for every employee cases and/or issues arises
- Ensure NTE tracker are well updated
- Preparation and issuance of Inter-Office Memo
Admin:
- Authorized company representative to sign Gas Purchase Order
- Monitor summary of Cerga gas purchase every twice a month
- Prepared Purchase Request Form to every admin related request (e.g Furniture, aircon repair)
- Custodian of ESCA International Petty Cash - commonly used for pantry supplies (purchased every end of the month)
HR Reports and Records
- Custodian of overall 201 master file of EII & Inc
- Prepare HR weekly report submitted via HR&CEO MS Teams channel
Training and Development
- Assist requesting department in training registration and request for payment
- Prepare Training Bond Agreement for every training fee which are shouldered by the company
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time
EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER:
- Bachelors Degree in HR or related field.
- With at least 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS office application
- Excellent interpersonal skills
