As Sr. HR Generalist, you will help promote a strong workplace culture and create a positive working environment for employees in the company through the excellent delivery of various HR services such as employee onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and others.
Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate the onboarding of new hires
Help plan and implement training and development programs for employees
Monitor key aspects of performance and recommend initiatives for continuous improvement
Gather and analyze employee data for continued improvement
Coordinate/facilitate employee programs such as fun games and other related activities.
Perform other HR activities as may be required from time to time
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in similar role
Proactive and diligent
With strong communication and leadership skills
Must have strong interpersonal skills to interact and maintain good relationships with employees
Familiar with legal and government compliance
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or related field
