Sr. HR Coordinator (Payroll)
JOB SUMMARY:
To assist, manage and help ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources (Payroll, Time & Labor and Help Center).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:
1. Timekeeping and Payroll Administration
Reviews and audit of e-Time variances and providing call outs Associates and Leads
Provides call outs to approvers for Rest Day OT corrections
Downloads eTime Exceptions Report (unapproved PTO, missing punches not corrected, etc.) and provide call-outs to ensure compliance before cut-off
Reviews of PTO accruals, usage and balances
Validates and handles eTime adjustments
Prepares eTime report and submit to ADP for payroll processing
Validates eTime report from draft report final report
Act as point of contact for eTime system enhancements and system configuration
Handles Tier 2 Payroll, Time & Labor case management
Liaise with associates on payroll related inquiries via SalesForce
Assists Principal HR Specialist with headcount and payroll review reconciliation
2. Bank Account Opening Process Administration
Responsible for tracking of bank account numbers for new hires
Keeps track of the ATMs, PIN mailers of new hires
Coordinates with the payroll disbursement bank on bank account issues and queries
Keeps track of the completion or audit of account numbers for new hires; check payments for those no account numbers in time for payroll
Prepares SSL for the bank account numbers of new hires for submission to ADP
Prepares and Submit report of terminated associates to the payroll bank
3. Special Projects: Provides logistics / administrative assistance in department or organization-wide programs / events
4. Personal Development: Discusses personal development plan with line manager and provides progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle
5. May be assigned / rotated across other related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Payroll
6. Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background:
College graduate Preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or other related course
Professional Experience:
2 years work experience in respective discipline
Skills Required:
Demonstrated ability in payroll processing
Extensive knowledge and use of computer and spreadsheet program
Numerical ability and data entry skills
Understanding of general ledger entries
Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences
Analytical skills
Customer focus
Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences
