Dash10 Managed Services, a representative office of Zeald, a New Zealand based company is looking for an experienced Sr. Full-Stack Developer. As a Sr. Full-Stack Developer, your main purpose is to work with the development team with purpose and culture to produce secure and scalable code, while ensuring best practices of development are upheld.
Key Attributes:
* Linux sysadmin exposure
* AWS ecosystem experience
* Docker and containerisation knowledge
* Exposure to secure coding practices
* 5+ years PHP development
* Exposure to Laravel development (2+ year of experience preferred)
* Extensive experience with HTML + CSS
* Experience using Vue.js and/or React
* Architectural knowledge of using MySQL
* High knowledge of unit testing and other functional testing implementations
Key Responsibilities:
* Work alongside development engineers in the execution of the FileInvite codebase
* Meet or exceed all task deadlines proposed to the team
* Participate in the agile workflow throughout the entire sprint cycle
* Build upon the platform using HTML, CSS, Laravel, and Vue JS
* Facilitate in security related discussions and implementations as required
* Maintain the integrity of the database schema with the assistance of the development team
* Actively learn and be at the forefront of new technologies that could benefit the company
* Ensure the team is aware of and implementing secure practices
* Ensure the FileInvite codebase is scalable and testable based on best practices
* Designs, develops, modifies, documents, tests, implements, installs and supports software applications and systems.
Working hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm only and weekends off! A stable internet connection and a good working PC are a must. We offer a competitive salary, free health care, and great perks such as paid time off during the Christmas and New Year period.
