Job Description
Support FCC's global Finance and Business community with quality, cost effective business reporting and analysis.
Major Responsibilities
-Analyze and report on Opex, partnering with cost center owners to set annual budget, update forecasts, and provide actual variances and explanations.
-Develop detailed analysis and report for cost center owners.
-Analyze and report on other income, setting annual budget, update forecasts and provide actual variances and explanations.
-Update quarterly RT EBIT tracker, including Opex, other income and Hydro earnings changes.
-Prepare initial MOR, earnings release and QBR presentations.
-Manage FCC action items.
-Support FCC finance manager and finance operations manager as necessary.
-Review financial results and analyze
business trends.
-Identify efficiencies in workflow and optimize where possible.
Required Experience
-Minimum 5 years planning, budgeting & forecasting skills/experience, solid analytical/data interpretation experience.
-College graduate with degree in Accounting, Finance and/or other advance course (e.g. MBA).
-Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
-Proficient with SAP/BPC/BW.
-Proficient in the use of English Language.
-Demonstrated ability to work with others.
Preferred Qualifications
-Excellent presentation skills, as candidate will be presenting to the business president and leadership team.
-Strong business acumen.
-The ideal candidate should be someone who can work fairly independently and at a level of maturity that can create relationships with the business leaders.
-Ability to quickly learn business practices and accounting policies.
-Experience with a manufacturing company.
-Organized in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
