The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in the areas of planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis, financial modeling and other ad hoc activities. They will work closely with their business partners across several functions to provide them with the business support they need to effectively manage and lead their organizations. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A, also located in the Philippines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support all aspects of financial validation, reconciliation and planning & analysis activities
• Support the presentation of all financial information related to the department's financial results; assess cause of change and trends relative to projections to ensure a thorough understanding of variance drivers
• Develop dashboards and monthly reporting packages identifying trends and providing financial insights to business managers
• Work with large quantities of data to create meaningful presentations enabling informed, executive-level financial decisions
• Create sophisticated financial models that provide financial analysis and decision support to senior leadership on key business decisions. Advise business leadership of opportunities and risks impacting business performance. Propose potential solutions to complex problems
• Contribute to the culture and approach of continuous improvement; drive process improvement and standardization
• Maintain successful relationships with key business leaders across the Finance and Corporate department functions
• Lead and support ad-hoc strategic analyses, developing key insights that support business initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• MBA/CPA preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, with proven strong financial modeling skills
Experience:
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting. 5+ years preferred
• Experience with finance and accounting related to supporting corporate and shared services departments
• Experience providing support to North American business partners, and working with people across multiple geographies
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:
• Strong leadership skills required
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs; experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle SmartView, Oracle GL, Oracle EPBCS and Power Query/SQL a plus
• Possesses the ability to think creatively, and is highly-driven and self-motivated
• Strong knowledge and experience with accounting principles including, but not limited to, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
