About the Role
As an essential part of Grundfos 2025 strategy to establish simplified, standardized and automated global processes, the Project Manager is a key to secure smooth and successful migrations as well as manage other change projects within Finance.
The Project Manager will assume responsibility for migrating processes under the umbrella of the Finance Streamline project as well as other finance change projects. You will be fully accountable for a successful execution of the project deliverables. You will manage all aspects of a large project from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.

Key Activities:
Review the project schedule with management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Plan and organize migration and other projects in close co-operation with local finance, SMEs, the outsourcing provider, the Shared Service delivery organization, etc.
Execute the project according to the project plan
Follow the Process Migration Framework where relevant
Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured and according to the Finance Excellence Framework
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Establish a communication and change management plan to gain commitment and to facilitate altering stakeholders' behaviours
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Prepare status reports on the progress of the project
Establish a risk plan including risk identification, evaluation, identify actions to manage risks and execute according to the risk plan etc.
Ensure that all process deliverables are completed and appropriately signed-off before hand-over to operation
Manage dialogue with stakeholders in local organization
Conduct Kick-off meeting
Manage risks & quality
Ensure Hypercare
Qualifications and Skills Required:
At least 4-5 years of experience with project and process management using a structured methodology to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor and report on project efforts
Experience with managing Finance Transformation projects
Excellent project planning / organizational skills, including the ability to lead project members towards clear delivery plans across geography, function and other organizational structures
Profound experience with leading teams and complex activities
Possess Finance processes knowledge in the statutory and compliance area instituted in a SAP environment
Project Management certification a plus
Advanced level of English orally and in writing
Advanced level of English orally and in writing
Direct others and able to bring out the best in people
Good communicator that practice genuine attentive and active listening
Have good presentation skills
Possessing good negotiating skills and able to problem solve
