Responsibilities
SME for Slotting & Labour Management related initiatives, driving a culture within our sites to proactive optimization
Responsible for the assessment, development and implementation of Analytical solutions that support the growth and ongoing progress of Logistics/SCM
Collaborate with APAC RHO to explore emerging technologies and establish use cases in logistics business
Share innovation solution knowledge and case studies via multiple channels, including monthly innovation newsletter, knowledge base, innovation pack, video library, webinars and workshops
Assess the feasibility of innovation / automation / robotization in customer projects (newly gained businesses as well as realization of re-engineering projects) as Logistics Automation Engineer
Project Management
Drive standardization of the methodology & tools for engineering to ensure high quality and consistent approach and deliverables. Usage below tools with the aim to improve logistics operations, by improving layout, increasing productivity or reducing operating costs.
Infrastructure Design, Capacity and Productivity
Analysis and Support
Conduct Innovation related trainings such as but not limited; Support training programs across contract logistics with focus Is on analytical tools/solutions; Prepare reports/presentations on key industry trends, economic analysis, competitive and strategic analyses.
Conduct Workshops (if Certified); Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and PASO Methodology
Cost Savings; Drive cost savings through Innovation projects and Continuous Process Improvements

Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any equivalent
With minimum 6 years similar experience in Logistics Solutions, Warehouse Innovation & Automation, Continuous Improvement Program, Industrial Engineering and/or in Logistics Operations Management in warehouse
Leadership skills is a must
With experience in Project Management
Able to work effectively in a customer-driven deadline environment
