The ETL Technical Lead is responsible for deploying RIA's analytical product globally from pre-implementation planning to go-live and post go live. Will be responsible for complete life cycle of Data Warehouse product which includes Data requirement analysis, design, development, management, upgrades, and support of critical enterprise Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and environments. Responsibilities: Responsible for designing, enhancing the RIA analytical product stack not just limited to ETL tools, but also knowledgeable with Databases and event driven streaming. ETL Technical Lead carry Performance analysis and tune the ETL framework. Ensures the system runs smoothly at client sites. Responsible for deploying RIA Data Analytical product and supporting through ETL customization efforts as per the end users requirements. Designing of ETL load process Source system data structure and fields analysis Extract data from source systems using ETL tools (Talend Open Studio) Creation of data mapping documentation (transformation rules, mappings, selection criteria) Implementation / programming / configuration of transformation rules, structure/field/value-mapping Evaluating the quality of data in data warehouse/Data Mart Required Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology or another discipline 8 to 12 years' experience in Data Warehouse experience development, at least 4 - 8 years in Talend ETL Development Exposure to hands-on ETL coding in at least 2 Projects as Team Member Experience with focus on ETL coding using Talend / Other ETL tools, CDC tools (Goldengate, Attunity etc..) Strong in writing SQL, PL/SQL & T-SQL Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server & PostgreSQL Ability to communicate with business teams in the business language. Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and principles Exposure to Streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark) is desirable Exposure to AI/ML technologies and certification is desirable Experience working with revenue management systems is desirable Personality Traits: Strong analytical capability, process oriented and ability to manage complexity Listen and interpret what business team wants to see accomplished Strong personal initiative, drive, motivated to learn Strong accountability
