At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
experience experience in Construction projects in oil & gas, refinery, Process Plant, petrochemical industries and willing to work in construction site in remote locations

Duties and Responsibilities.
Submission of pre-qualification documents to the customer in order to generate enquiry document.
Study of technical and commercial details of the tender enquiry to make sure it is relevant to our business interest.
Preparing and submitting techno-commercial queries in order to clear any doubts/ concerns which may affect preparation of proposal in any adverse manner.
Conducting site visits to acquaint with local site conditions and collecting information which will help in better understanding of the scope and quantum of Work.
Receiving techno-commercial clarification to ensure all unresolved issues are addressed to the satisfaction of the company.
Review of sub vendors and subcontractors quotation for material and services to ensure it meets the technical specification and other commercial terms are in line with the main vendor.
Estimate construction manpower and equipment resources in order to prepare the estimates.
Prepare and submit the cost estimate bid information and markup factors for review of Sr. Manager.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposal to the customer
Responsible for effective implementation of quality, safety and environment management system.
