Job Description:
Generate product costing for New Product Introduction and discuss with RFQ Team.
Review generated product costing of Cost Engineers.
Handle review and update of product costing of existing products which ASP needs to be re-quoted due to changes in the process flow, raw material prices, material usage, or any changes that may affect the cost per unit.
Provide Operations Team with the monthly price and usage variance analysis and discuss with BU head.
Conduct cost and benefit analysis and discuss with the project owner.
Analyze Budget vs Actual Expenses, determine the gap and work with operations and finance team to close the gap.
Assist finance team in generating Annual Operating Plan.
Check CAPEX requirement, compute ROI and payback period for CER justification.
Initiate and monitor cost-effectiveness and productivity improvement programs.
Qualifications:
Must be graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or equivalent
With at least 5 years Supervisory experience preferably in Semiconductor or Electronics Industry
Good communication and supervisory skills
Must be willing to join the company immediately
