• Budgeting
• Validate budget
Monitor usage of risk allowance
• Procurement Monitoring
• Approve WPP budget; lock budget after PR
• POC monitoring /Revenue Forecasting
• Validate Revenue Forecast
• Cost Reporting
• Prepare Cost Reports; Generate proper amount of accruals
• Cost At completion
• Prepare Cost at Completion
Provide revenue report for Clients' Change orders
Check if Vendors' COs with back-to-back claim
• Variation works
• Capture Debit memo in cost report
