Job Description
Having knowledge and expertise on Compliance management with a global perspective.
Lead the implementation of the Culture of Compliance framework, including ensuring consistency and adoption globally.
Being solution oriented, Strategic Partnering with business and functional teams to support the business, analyze the existing risks, mitigate the same and keep compliance at the center of risk mitigations.
Introducing industry best practices to the various processes and helping the team induct the best practices & cross sharing globally.
Initiate and sustain productive engagement and relationships with senior leaders within the organization and with the clients.
Conducting comprehensive Risk assessment across functions and business from time to time in partnership with Regional leadership teams.
Identify and create relevant training programs for the organization working in collaboration with the client's compliance team.
Lead the on-going maintenance of the Vendor Compliance audits.
Monitor controls for higher risk compliance programs globally and direct the documentation of compliance and policies and ensure consistency.
Qualifications
Prior experience of having worked in Corporate Compliance.
Strong executive presence and comfort presenting information to large groups across multiple levels.
Action-oriented and able to operate with minimal direction and oversight.
Strategic, ability to assess current state, develop a strategy and the tactics necessary to successfully implement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detailed oriented, strong accuracy and completeness.
BS/BA in a business-related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years directly related experience.
Highly organized, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead, drive and implement initiatives independently.
Ability to work with global teams and get results through others
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP / CCEP-I) is an advantage
