Job Description:
On-time review on the company's Annual Compensation Review process that includes merit increases, short-term incentives, Non-monetary privileges of employees and other compensation related requirements.
Works with the company's compensation needs (annual rewards processes, restructures, grading projects, job classification)
Practiced differentiation pay systems to invest in a workforce that contribute the most value
Conduct market surveys to find out compensation and benefits emerging trends, and best practices
Collaborate with differing industry partners to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for large-scale industries
Demonstrated excellence in benefits vendor management, project management, problem analysis and resolution collaboration and leadership
In-depth knowledge of Benefits regulatory requirements and filings
Extensive knowledge in MS Excel and HRIS
