Sr. Client Services Analyst
Philippines - Makati City
The Website Service Manager is an individual contributor role that serves as a subject matter expert for Intrado's web hosting products. Through regular client dialog, he/she builds relationships with clients that allow him/her to understand each client's individual needs, workflow and provides specialized consultative service. The Website Service Manager responds to a wide variety of inquiries, including but not limited to document posting requests, product functionality, technical questions, and industry best practices consultation.
Responsibilities:
Acts as the primary point of contact for web hosting requests for assigned client portfolio;
Works closely with Product Specialists and Sales Executives to provide web hosting product support for assigned clients;
Maintains/updates the content and/or code of client websites, and provides flawless execution of web hosting client requests;
Educates and trains clients on new product features, enhancements, and industry best practices;
Conducts proactive client outreach around web hosting campaigns, as assigned by management;
Documents and tracks all client interactions within Intrado's CRM system;
Troubleshoots and facilitates the resolution of technical and data issues and/or inquiries;
Participates on department wide initiatives;
Prepares for and participates in Service Account Reviews;
Acquires and maintains a strong working knowledge of the Investor Relations industry and keeps apprised of its regulations and updates.
Requirements:
BS/BA required, with three to five (3-5) years of experience in a client facing/service role;
Basic knowledge in HTML preferred;
Previous experience with web-based CMS tools;
General understanding of the Investor Relations and corporate services space;
Experience working with paying clients as part of a pooled service, or an individually assigned portfolio of corporate accounts as an Account Manager is an advantage;
Superior attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent tasks;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Strong client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage client relationships through email or phone;
Proven track record working directly with clients, providing a high level of customer service;
Strong active listening and English communication skills;
Positive attitude and deep customer service orientation - fundamentals include being friendly and engaging, professional, reliable, responsive, and proactive;
Must be willing to work US hours, has reliable internet connection at home, if needed to work remotely.
This is a permanent full-time position (night shift) located in Makati City, Philippines. Desired start date is as soon as possible. Applications with resume attachments will be prioritized.
