Job description
As our Sr. Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving significant results across several key areas of our business:
Achieve and grow ambitious monthly sales targets
Expand distribution networks and penetrate new markets
Build and grow strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent service
Elevate in-store execution through merchandising and promotions
Lead, mentor, and train your team to success
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and production to hit shared goals

What We're Looking For
? College graduate, 3-5 yrs. FMCG/retail experience
? 1+ yr. people management experience
? Strong in distribution, account management & inventory control
? Skilled in leadership, problem-solving & decision-making
? Must have a Professional Driver's License; open to nationwide assignment
