The SAP Professional Services Functional Expert will report into the Director of Business Process Management within the Information Technology Group. The role will be based in the Philippines, cover all regions, and work US hours. The Sr Business Analyst will collaborate with our commercial business to build end-to-end process for managing professional services and internal R&D projects for our software business Honeywell Connected Enterprise. The Sr. Business System Analyst is a proactive member of the IT team.
In addition, Honeywell Connected Enterprise is working to be the first Honeywell Business Group to implement SAP S4 Hana and BRIM from the standard SAP ECC. This role will be responsible for deploying standards in the new tool and working with their functional partner
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the Single Point of Contact for SAP Professional Services stakeholder needs and participate as an active member of the client stakeholder leadership teams.
· Build SAP S4 Hana Standard processes for creating WBS, Project cost planning, revenue planning, Project budget management, maintain billing plan, revenue recognition, settlements, and reporting
· Partner with business and Professional Services Organization & R&D teams to set strategic direction and develop and improve processes and procedures.
· Work with SBG & Functional contacts to prioritize current and planned functional needs, including ongoing resource requirements for the solutioning team.
· Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and standards.
· Drive integrated technical and functional solution decision making across applications and modules.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Computer Application or related field
· Minimum 10+ years IT-related experience in application development and delivery for medium/large scale organization
· SAP S4 Hana experience is a MUST
· EPPM experience is highly preferred; Candidates with PS (Project Systems), PPM - Portfolio and Project Management and CPM - Commercial Project Management are highly desirable.
· Experience working with teams utilizing Agile delivery methodology, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully execute on milestones and deliverables in a timely manner
· Willing to work US hours of 9am to 5pm EST (9pm to 5am Manila time)
