Job Description:
Helps the Business implement technology solutions by determining the requirements of a change request or a project, and translates them into well-groomed user stories or business requirements document. Clearly communicates these user stories and buisness requirements document to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners and provide support all throughout the System Development Life Cycle.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years' experience as Business Analyst
- Relevant experience in Insurance or other financial services
- Experienced in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Experienced in agile tools and practices
Soft skills:
Highly Developed Communication and Relationship Skills
Organized and Systematic
Good Analytical and Pro Active Thinking
Negotiating Skills
Creative Problem Solving Skills
