Job Description:
onsemi is looking for a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Product Data Management (PDM) team in Alabang, Philippines. As a Business Process Analyst your primary responsibility is working with end users to define requirements and facilitate the design discussions with IT.
Responsibility:
Manage and analyze requirements to address user/system/project needs, help prioritize requirements, write stories for implementation, and test the results.
Analyze Product Data to fix data anomalies from existing processes and data structures, as well as to lead to improvements to PDM related systems and processes.
Participate in the activities related to processes, systems, Product Data, and Documents needed to support company acquisitions and divestitures.
Perform complex analytical tasks across multiple systems using multiple analytical tools and skills.
Identify and manage potential roadblocks and resistance to proposed changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics or similar degrees.
Experience working with Scrum methodology preferred.
Experience with analytical programming languages such as SQL, R or Python.
Experience in building complex reports in Power BI, Qlik or similar platforms.
Experience and understanding of manufacturing process interact with IT processes and systems is beneficial. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred but not required.
Ability to work and build relationships across multiple functional areas and levels in the organization across global locations.
Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems like Camstar from Siemens is an advantage but not required.
Knowledge of PLM applications, like Agile Product Data Management from Oracle is an advantage but not required.
2+ years relevant industry experience in a multinational/global organization.
