SR. BACKEND ENGINEER (NODE.JS)
Qualifications:
+5 years of relevant work experience in writing Node.js
Experience with Meteor.js is a PLUS
Experience in creating microservice (used for web and mobile) and RESTful APIs hosted on cloud (e.g. AWS, Google, Microsoft)
Experience in CI/CD (Travis, Terraform, Docker) and DevOps practices
Experience in Unit Testing and GIT flow or trunk-based development
Knowledge of patterns, standards, and best practices
Expertise in object-oriented programming
Experience in developing applications with relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases specifically MongoDB, Postgres and Redis
Experience in agile software development using scrum framework
Experience in working with internal and external (client or 3rd-party) teams
Experience is deploying or releasing apps and APIs
Can estimate work items and document the work
Has passion for learning and building modern applications and implementing best-practices
