📍 Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines
🕹️ Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesJob Scheduling & AutomationDevelop, configure, and maintain automated job scheduling workflows using Control-M, Autosys, or similar platforms.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and design efficient job flows.Package and deploy job flows across development, testing, and production environments.Recommend improvements to enhance scheduling frameworks and processes.Monitoring & TroubleshootingMonitor job scheduling configurations and proactively identify performance or execution issues.Analyze incidents, troubleshoot root causes, and implement effective solutions and bug fixes.Provide Level 3 support for new and existing job flows.Review, validate, and implement approved changes to core scheduling modules.Documentation & Knowledge SharingDocument job flow designs, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Support knowledge transfer and promote collaboration across technical teams.🎓 QualificationsEssentialBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system analysis, or system development.Strong analytical, decision-making, and initiative-taking skills.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Desirable / PreferableStrong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.Self-motivated, fast learner, and capable of working independently.Good interpersonal, intercultural, and teamwork abilities.💻 Technical SkillsProficiency with job scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys) and job flow design.Solid analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.Basic scripting in Linux Shell and PowerShell.Familiarity with source control systems (SVN, Git, PVCS, etc.).Basic system administration on Windows Server and Linux.Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.Experience managing File Transfer tools (Axway, GoAnywhere, etc.).🌈 Why Join Us?✨ Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.
