Job Description:
Show proficiency in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, along with expertise in related financial reporting matters and knowledge of relevant SEC, BIR, BSP, and IC regulations.
Develop audit work programs, draft audit reports, management letters, and other communications.
Conduct complex and specific audit procedures, simultaneously devising effective, client-focused audit strategies.
Conduct detailed reviews of the work performed by associates, providing coaching and management to a motivated team of audit professionals.
Proactively foster relationships with client personnel, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing client problems.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as teams from tax, IT, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
At least 3 years of external (preferred) or Internal Audit experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
