Content Consultant
Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters in English Literature
Bachelors/Masters in Mass Communication.
Bachelors of science or Bachelors of Engineering or Technology.
Bachelors/Masters in Arts.
Bachelors/Masters in Economics.
Responsibility:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Attend walkthrough sessions with SMEs.
Understand and gather requirements from SDLC documentation.
Conduct needs analysis.
Devise design strategy for learning.
Devise content strategy.
Devise documentation strategy.
Content Creation:
Ability to take ownership of more than one project from a delivery perspective.
Implement new ideas that are in line with what is hapenning in the industry.
Work on estimations for varied kinds of deliverables.
Contribute towards updating knowledge assets.
Stay abrest with the latest trends in the industry.
independently create content deliverables.
complete understanding of learning and documentation strategies.
Complete understanding of content strategy.
implement lessons learnt and best practices from prior projects.
understand SEO principles.
Project Management:
Independently manage small sized projects.
Track and report metrics.
Optmize resource utilization.
Track delivery milestones.
Review:
Performs regular reviews to ensure content is current and adheres to quality standards.
Adhering to productivity metrics defined.
Capture defect density to ensure reduction in defects in subsequent reviews.
Training:
Focus on learning and acquiring new skills.
Focus on attending product trainings in order to enhance the quality of the documentation.
Ability to conduct knowledge sharing sessions on industry trends/best practices on projects.
Able to conduct trainings for entry level recruits.
Team Building & People Management:
Participate in team building activities.
Contributes to such activities positively.
Provides leadership to team members.
Coaches team to get up to speed with respect to new trends/tools/concepts.
Identify programs and certifications relevant to Associates aspirations and project requirements.
Resolve / manage conflict within the team.
Define teams goals.
Set stretch targets and outline performance expectations.
Track performance against the same periodically.
Identify, groom, reward and develop high performers.
Conduct appraisals.
Guide and mentor team members to ensure quality delivery.
Organize team initiatives on a periodic basis.
Process Adherence and Delivery Excellence:
Adhere to defined learning and content processes (DDLC process).
Identify areas of process improvement.
Deliver projects and with quality and on time.
Minimize rework and develop reusable assests, whereever possible.
Tracking the allocation on the project for billed time.
Able to endorse and practise innovation and customer satisfaction.
Execute Content Audits.
Market Research and Industry Engagement:
Research on industry trends to understand value adds that can be suggested to the client.
. Participate in Content submissions for internal and external competitions.
. Join groups or as individuals in creating new ideas/Proof of Concepts as service offerings for the customers.
. Present papers in conferences.
