The Senior Assistant Brand Manager is primarily responsible for delivering key business objectives (sales, profit, and share) of assigned brand/s or category through robust consumer marketing. .Responsible for supporting the delivery of brand growth The Senior Assistant Brand Manager is primarily responsible for delivering key business objectives (sales, profit, and share) of assigned brand/s or category through robust consumer marketing. .Responsible for supporting the delivery of brand growth through implementing brand tactics & activities both online & offline .Monitor and analyze brand performance vis--vis competition and recommend key focus areas or action plans to deliver desired results. .Leads concept development of BTL activities, either in collaboration with agency partner's or internally-led .Leads the Customer Engagement Center to maintain good brand image in relation to after-sales service .Manages the budget for brand marketing programs such as communications and merchandising materials and product promotions in a cost-effective manner, ensuring projected increase in revenuesand profitability are achieved .Assists with new product development, pricing and product launches of new products JOB QUALIFICATIONS: .With 3 years work experience as Asst. Brand Manager in FMCG company .Experience working on Brand Strategy and Execution, Consumer/Shopper Insights, Integrate Marketing .Experience working with and successfully managing cross-functional teams, strategic partners and third party agencies .Experience working with Brand team on Brand Strategy and Execution, Integrated Marketing Communications .Strong analytical skills and an ability to draw accurate, useful conclusions from quantitative information, in order to make strong commercial decision .Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills .Demonstrates ability to manage up and across the organization (both internal and external) .Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize .High sense of urgency
