Essential Duties:
Provide support in the areas of research and analyzing problems, developing plans and model solutions, and recommending software and systems
Execute or lead project management disciplines to ensure project activities and tasks are delivered on time and within budget and according to approved scope and quality requirements
Conduct effective investigation, diagnosis, and root cause analysis of incidents / problems
Develop, implement and document solutions in a timely manner and validate with system users that service has been restored
Continue to establish foundation of the company's business processes and the systems that support them
Diagnose security problems and perform root cause analysis of business processes through established incident and problem management processes.
Validate business functionality requirements for updated and / or new application security roles
Broaden knowledge of business processes and systems specific to assigned duties
Recommend process changes and system solutions to meet business requirements
Work with IT partners across adjacent processes to understand key linkages
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, MIS, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.
Typical candidate will have 6-9 years of related experience. Certifications and/or educational experience may count towards experience.
