Job Title: Sr. Analyst, TQT Reporting
Job Description Experienced professional will be responsible for who deploying metrics, compiling data and reviewing trends and patterns on an on-going basis. As a Specialist is considered as highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within the organization in providing full spectrum of MIS related services and mentor his juniors / reportees. Based on experience, makes recommendations for report formats and dashboards, recommends frequency, identifies and highlights trends and provides meaningful insights. May work closely with other sub functions / verticals as needed to determine data/information requirements of planners and managers. Monitors / Assists in gathering project specifications to provides meaningful reports and analysis periodically by way of data analysis.
Power BI Dashboards and RCA
Develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools
Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications
Qualifications:
For External Hires:
At least 1 year experience on BI tools and systems or any data specific roles
Above average knowledge on Power BI. They must have experience in creating data-rich dashboards and writing DAX expressions. Knowledge in scripting languages (R or Python) is a plus.
Knowledge on database management, data modelling, data warehousing, SQL querying and data visualization.
Knowledge on MS Access
Above average knowledge skills on data analytics. They must be able to see the big picture and communicate insights in layman's terms to everyone in the organization. They should be able to drill-down data and visualize data in the best possible way through charts/reports/dashboards.
Advanced knowledge on MS Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query) with MS VBA programming
Average to Above average knowledge on MS Tools: Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, Sharepoint. Experience in developing applications via MS Power Apps
Knowledge on web development - HTML/CSS, Javscript etc.
For Internal Hires:
Average to above average knowledge on Power BI.
Knowledge on database management, data modelling and data visualization.
Above average knowledge on MS Excel. VBA background is a plus.
Knowledge on MS tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint is a plus.
SQL and MS Access knowledge is a plus.
