Job Description:
Reporting to the Sr Director for Innovation Business Operations, the Senior Analyst will work closely with the business operations team to set up a data management and reporting framework. This role will provide the opportunity to join a team of consistently exceeding expectations and who have experience working for big 4 consulting firms.
Responsibilities:
Perform data management and reporting for all R&D related strategic data, which includes people, interpersonal, financial, and project information
Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and scenario modeling for senior leadership
Understand business processes related to R&D, and use tools to increase efficiencies and build automation in alignment with quarterly goals of the organization
Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
8 plus years of work experience in Tableau reporting, data management, and scripting
Experience with Tableau and scripting is a requirement (JavaScript preferred, experience with node.js, JSON objects, React library a plus)
Familiarity with concepts of relational databases and RDMBS, SQL, Hadoop, and ETL pipelines is a plus
Experience with data management tools, such as Airtable, is highly preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivots, lookups, data analysis tool packs, etc.), PowerPoint, building financial and decision support models, reports, and executive presentations
Knowledge about SaaS or software development processes is desired. Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred
Amenable to work the night shift
Willing to be based in Mandaluyong City
