Job Summary:
As a member of the Accounting team, the FP&A will focus on the financial reporting and analysis and budgeting for the business unit being serviced. He/She will have the opportunity to steer his/her professional growth and knowledge of the business through on-the-job exposure, collaboration with peers/management and trainings.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly financial statements and analysis of financial information
Reports detailed monthly financial analysis; escalates financial issues to management or an identified audience
Prepares sensitivity analysis for impact of new accounting standards, transactions or contracts
Reviews the capitalization and/or funding condition of the assigned entity/ies and coordinates with the business unit/s to address gaps, if any.
Prepares annual budgets of the assigned business unit/s
Ad hoc analysis required by management
Job Qualifications:
Must be holder of a professional license (either CPA, CMA, CFA, CIA)
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management or Accounting Technology
With at least two years of relevant work experience in financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting or audit
Has the ability to interpret that financial data/statements, and analyze the interplay between that information, the overall organization, and various individual departments within it
Preferably with experience in using an ERP system (e.g., SAP Business One)
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
